These rules apply to every press release, advertorial and article ordered through Comunicate.eu and published on the publications in its catalogue. The acceptance criteria are legality and a complete identification of the sender. Material is checked before publication; acceptance is not automatic, and a text that does not pass comes back with what needs to change. We do not guarantee pick-up by other media, traffic, indexing or Google positions. Price, turnaround and how to order are on the service page publish a press release in Romania.
What do we publish, and where?
Press releases, advertorials, SEO articles and brand awareness material sent by companies and organisations, within the law. They are published on the publications chosen from the catalogue — the 109 in Comunicate.eu's own network or partner publications — not on comunicate.eu itself. The guides on comunicate.eu are a different thing: editorial content written by the team about PR and communication, which nobody pays for. Three principles hold for every order:
- the sender is identified in the material and is responsible for its content;
- each publication's labelling policy is listed in the catalogue and the client sees it before ordering; on the own-network publications, paid material is labelled on request, in line with Romanian Law 363/2007;
- paid material never appears in the guides on comunicate.eu.
We do not rewrite submitted material to make it sound editorial: the article goes to the publication as you wrote it.
We do not place paid material in editorial selections, rankings or recommendations of the team.
Romanian Law 363/2007 requires paid material to be recognisable as such, and the obligation rests with the advertiser and with the publication; Romanian Law 365/2002, Article 6, also requires commercial communications to be clearly identifiable. The practical side is explained in how to label an advertorial and in the guide on the difference between a press release and an advertorial.
For links in paid material, Google asks for rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow", as explained in Google Search Central.
What do we check before publication?
Before publication we check that the material is legal, that the sender is identified, that the headline, description, links and images are in order and, for regulated fields, that the required documents exist. We do not verify the truth of every marketing claim in the client's material — that remains entirely the sender's responsibility.
- We check: legality, the sender's identity, the mandatory documents for regulated fields, the links and the images;
- We do not validate as an editorial team: market share, performance or commercial results declared by the sender;
- We do not promise: pick-up by the press, indexing, positions or traffic.
The team's editorial guides — how to write a headline, the structure of a release, crisis communication — are published on comunicate.eu as the team's own content, without links to paying clients. The documents required in regulated fields are listed in documents for advertising in regulated fields.
What do we refuse?
- texts without an identifiable sender, or about a company that does not exist;
- promises of medical or financial results, and claims that cannot be verified;
- content copied from other sites;
- personal attacks, content that infringes copyright, or material the sender has no right to publish;
- material from regulated fields without the documents those fields require.
If a text does not pass, we say exactly what to change, and the credit stays in the account.
What do we not promise senders?
We do not promise press coverage, minimum traffic, Google positioning or an editorial recommendation.
Comunicate.eu is a publishing channel: the material appears on the publications you chose, and other newsrooms decide independently whether to pick it up, ignore it or rewrite it from another angle.
We do not recommend PR agencies or distribution platforms by name. We do not publish paid material among the guides on comunicate.eu — that would falsely transfer editorial credibility to the client.
The platform offers AI-assisted drafting for client texts; however a text was drafted, it goes through the same check before publication.
How do you submit material for publication?
Create an account and order through the catalogue — the steps are on publishing a press release in Romania — or send the material by email to redactie@comunicate.eu. Prices are on the pricing page. An incomplete message — without a press contact, without identification of the issuer or without the full text of the release — does not enter the publication check.
- the full text (headline, lead, body, quote, boilerplate, contact);
- the legal identification of the sender;
- a contact person for clarifications;
- a statement of whether the material contains commercial links or paid content.
Incomplete material — without a contact, without identification of the issuer — does not enter the publishing queue. The recommended structure is detailed in the editorial guides on the site, starting with the writing guide and the structure of a press release.
For choosing the format and checking the required documents, continue with the service pages for press releases, advertorials and SEO articles. They separate the press release, the advertorial and the SEO article and explain when material is modified or refused.
Frequently asked questions
Do you publish every release that is sent?
No. We publish legal material with an identified sender and refuse the categories listed above, whatever the amount paid. When a text is refused, we say what has to change.
Who is responsible for the content of a published release?
The sender of the material. Comunicate.eu checks the form, the identification of the sender and the legality of the material — it does not guarantee the truth of the claims in the text.
Does paid material appear among the guides on comunicate.eu?
No, without exception. Paid material is published on the publications chosen from the catalogue, with the labelling each one declares; the team's guides do not promote paying clients.
Can you guarantee an appearance in a national newspaper?
No. The release appears on the publications you order; pick-up by other media depends on the relevance of the news and on each newsroom's decision. Any promise to the contrary does not come from us.
Where do I find guides on how to write a release?
In the guides section: writing, structure, headlines and related articles. These are editorial materials — they do not replace legal advice for your specific case.
How long does publication take?
The turnaround is written next to each publication in the catalogue, usually 2 working days, and you see it before ordering.
